This mod adds shaders to Minecraft in a post-process manner that simulate different effects that occur in the real-world in how light reacts with objects and with the human eye. This mod also adds dynamic movement to flora and fire.
Note: This mod was configured with a higher spec system in mind. If you run vanilla Minecraft with max view distance and fancy settings at around 90+ fps and most modern games at med-high to high settings, then this mod should run fine for you.
Before installing any mods to minecraft make sure to close minecraft.
Download one of the installers below (no difference they are same, just packed differently) Once downloaded, double click the installer and click “Install Mod”. When the installer is done it will display a message that the mod is installed. Then just close installer and start your minecraft. The mod has been Installed, you don’t have to do anything else.
If you are using windows 7 and get a message after using the installer that says “This program might not have installed correctly” ignore this message or you can disable this message by using this file here.
If you get an error when using the exe version of the installer download the zip version below, extract the folder from the downloaded zip to desktop and run the installer from the extracted folder. Don’t remove it from the folder. You can also try running the installer as administrator if you are on windows 7.

This mod adds OptiFine, GLSL Shaders and a few custom shaders. This mod should be installed on clean minecraft, if there are any other mods installed then you are not guaranteed it will work. This mod will also have a pre-selected shader which you can change in game by going to options>shaders.
If you want to use this mod with Forge, make sure to install Forge v#707 before installing this mod. It will not work with any other version of Forge, it must be v#707!

If default shaderpack does not work for you, then use a different shader pack click on options in game then select shaders and change to different pack that might work for your system.
Also remember you will need to adjust OptiFine settings in order to get the best performance on your system! In game go to options > video settings and adjust for best performance.
If you are having issues after installing this mod, force update minecraft and install on clean minecraft. Tested and working on clean minecraft. Some mods can cause conflicts.
